In may, the Ankara strike by the rebel group called "The Turkish" caused the replacement of the government by a mayor who hadn't been indoctrinated by Aros. This caused a chain reaction that culminated a month later with an attack by "BCKSTB", who orchestrated the fall of West Berlin, blocking it off for two weeks, and renaming it "Dawn city".

At the same time, the equipment needed for a revolution is being smuggled to Paris from what is left of the Netherlands, with the idea of the "Enragés" (the Enraged) seizing half of the city. Two attacks are planned. While the armed human wave goes up the Seine to the Champs Elysées, starting with guerrilla tactics, then deploying in the district once all explosives set by an other group have gone off and paralysed the area. The badly organised strike, anticipated by Aros with the apparent support of Crona Corp, is a failure. Reprisal is immediate and bloody. The thousands of deaths will long serve as a lesson to those who oppose order.

CronaCorp is leader on the neural immersion technology marketplace with the Waver, a technology that can be carried on portable or sub-dermal device. Immersions in virtual environments thanks to the Waver allows reproducting normal physical sensations. A full immersion gate is provided : the Cyberspace, a virtual reality where the neuronal illusion to reality is perfect. The cyberspace is divided in modules, each allowing to experience different immersive situations, lifes, with other people. Themes are going from most typical to most extraordinary, and one of them specifically amaze : a virtual representation made from the mind of a super intelligence acting beyond all human thought and corporation influence.

This technology, in its infancy in the middle of the century, leapt forward in 2060, and the CronaMind subsidiary became fully operational in 2070.

At the same time as the massive upload of the population was announced in 2090, the alternative media announced that thousands of unofficial tests on human subjects resulted in their deaths. The names of the dead were published and it was discovered that numerous well-known people had unexplainably disappeared. The population was outraged and surged up into rebellion, with the revolt reaching a peak in March 2090 with an attack on the laboratories of CronaMind. Nonetheless, no sensitive data was affected, and the research was pursued.

Activity then become more secret, Aros Security and CronaCorp high leveled staff coming there once a year. In 2080 the factory suffers a mysterious and devastating sabotage, each corporation then sends a squad in order to determine what really happened, none came back. Fight in the armor design warehouse where traces of the squads were found, and try to stay alive against your opponents.
